 WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Shipping Options:

We are delighted to offer reliable shipping options through USPS to ensure your Sanbe Beauty products arrive safely and promptly.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: Shipments take 10-14 business days. Tracking and signature confirmation are not available.
  • Priority Shipping: Shipments take 6-10 business days, including tracking and signature confirmation.

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery times depend on the destination but generally take 14-45 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Shipments take 6-10 business days, including tracking and signature confirmation.
  • Express Shipping: Shipments take 3-6 business days.

Returns:

We hope you love your Sanbe Beauty products, but if you need to make a return, our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@sanbebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your item to the provided address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sanbebeauty.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@sanbebeauty.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
