Item Availability & Order Status

As of 09/20/20 we are able to process orders that need shipping to the United States. All other countries (except Japan) can NOT be processed. For local orders from Okinawa, Japan we are continuing our curbside pickup, this option is available at our Goya, Okinawa City location.

We will announce any changes as soon as we receive government notifications.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds: Policy Updates

We are temporarily unable to accept returns, in an effort to protect the safety of our associates. We have also suspended replacements due to limited inventory delays. Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged items, at the discretion of our Customer Service team. We encourage customers to purchase only what they need during this time. As the situation evolves, we’ll adjust our policies accordingly to best serve you.

Sanitation Protocol at Our Fulfillment Office

We wanted to let you know about the specific and documented sanitation protocol being followed by our processing office, which includes:

• Cleaning common and shared areas more often, such as receiving and packing stations

• Cleaning shelves when restocking products

• Sanitizing restrooms more frequently and restocking with necessary sanitation supplies (soap, paper towels and hand sanitizer)

• Adding extra hand sanitizer throughout shared spaces

• Following best practices for safe food handling
